RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MalwaDrop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is significantly different from the description.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Personal care items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
